We are a team of about sixty, small enough that everyone knows the buildings and the people who live in them.

You stay with a building from the first sketch to the handover, so you see the result of every decision you make.

Time on site
Architects and engineers spend at least one day a week on site. Drawings get better when you watch them being built.

Room to learn
A training budget for everyone, paid study leave, and a mentor from another discipline in your first year.
