If your building is tired, cold or hard to get around, we can rebuild it with you. Every household is offered a new, larger home on the same site, with temporary housing paid and no moving costs.
How renewal works
Five stages, from the first meeting to moving back home.
Most projects take three to four years from the first meeting to the day families move back in. You will know every date before you sign.
Stage 01
Meet
We meet residents in the building, one household at a time, and write down what each family needs from a new home.
1–2 months
Stage 02
Agree
We present the plan, the contract and a fixed timeline. Nothing moves forward until the required majority of owners has signed.
3–6 months
Stage 03
Design together
Residents review floor plans, choose between layouts and finishes, and walk through a full-size model of their new kitchen.
6–9 months
Stage 04
Rebuild
Families move to nearby homes with the rent paid. We demolish, rebuild and send a written site update every month.
24–30 months
Stage 05
Return
Everyone moves back into a new, larger home on the same site, with a ten-year warranty and an aftercare team.

A larger home
Your new home is bigger than the one you have now, typically by 12 to 25 square metres, at no cost to you.
Lift and step-free access
Every building gets lifts and level entrances, so a pram, a wheelchair or a heavy shop never means stairs.
A balcony of your own
Each home has its own balcony or terrace, at least 1.8 metres deep, so a table and chairs actually fit.
Temporary housing, paid
While we build, we rent a home for you nearby and pay the rent until the day you move back.
No moving costs
We pack, move and store your things twice: out to the temporary home, and back into the new one.
