Who we are
Corbel Developments (“Corbel”, “we”) builds and sells homes and runs the sales galleries listed on this website. For any question about your data, write to privacy@corbel.example or to our head office at 14 Harbour Street, North Quay.
What we collect
We collect the details you give us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message or viewing request. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address and the date you signed up. The website also records basic, anonymous usage data, such as the pages visited and the type of device used.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, send the newsletter you asked for and improve this website. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our sales process, under written agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and viewing requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you go on to buy a home with us. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time. Email privacy@corbel.example and we will reply within 30 days.

Images, floor plans, areas, specifications and prices are for guidance only and may change as a project develops. Computer-generated images are illustrative. Nothing on this website forms part of an offer or contract; the terms of any sale are set out in the reservation and sale documents.
