The final concrete pour on the east tower finished on a Saturday morning, with residents of the first tower watching from the quay.

Facade installation continues through the autumn, and the first homes in the east tower are due to complete next spring.

What comes next

The public quay opens in two stages: the boardwalk this winter, and the planted terraces once the cranes come down.
