Find the right site
We look for plots and ageing blocks where better homes would change the street, and test each one with a full appraisal before we commit.
II
Design in-house
Our architects draw the outdoor rooms, the stairs and the windows first, then the facade, and check every plan against a real day at home.
III
Build it ourselves
Our own site managers run construction with contractors we have worked with for years. Buyers get a written update every month.
IV
Stay after handover
A ten-year warranty, an aftercare team you can call, and a visit to every finished building once a year.
